how do you replace the fourth glowplug ? peugeot 405 diesel 1992?

hi , can anyone tell me how to replace the fourth glowplug - ie - the one behined the fuel injection pump, is there a easy method ?

I use a 'crows foot' spanner to access awkward glowplugs - this is a 3/8 square drive offset ring key (if you can picture such a thing). Laser tools do them together with most motor factors.
