oven wont light?

i have a cannon cordon bleu classique range cooker and the large oven will ignite but not flare up is it possible to get this fixed

Hi - I have the same problem for the small oven Cordon Bleu 4 - ours requires an injector, but somtimes it just need cleaning I'm told. Getting spares however.....
