How can I fix my Melcom ST6100 alarm?

The panel is flashing with a mains fault. The flashing light in the external sounder box is not flashing.
The alarm its self is arming, although I have not checked that the sounder is sounding.

Mains LED flashing, does that not give you a clue?

Mains LED on - Mains Supply Failure

The Mains LED Flashing means there is NO mains supply to the panel and Low Battery
