The left indicator on my Peugeot 106 keeps getting stuck 'on' - help!?

Peugeot 106. T reg.

The majority of the time the indicators function perfectly, however every now and then the left ones seems to get jammed and stuck on (by on I don't mean flashing like usual but front back and side constantly lit). This problem usually occurs when locking or unlocking the car by the remote, which arms the alarm and flashes the hazards a few times when doing so.

I am assuming as it is temperamental that it is probably a loose connection somewhere, possibly linked to the alarm, however I have no idea where to look or really what I am looking for. Any ideas?

Cheers

Sounds like contacts used to flash left side indicators are sticking in the closed position intermittently. You need to find out if it is the hazard warning switch relay or the central locking/alarm module which contains these contacts.
