Hiya
I have just stumbled across this enquiry.
I work for ProActive Fitness and am very familiar with this model and the possibilities. Please however do not carry out any modifications to the machine. The advice here is given more as possibilities, and we would rather offer advice direct when we have a complete overview of the situation.
It may be a fault on the control board however and E1 error indicates a power issue and this can also be caused by running the machine through an extension lead. It may have worked fine for a time but the lead may have deteriated.
It may also be down to using the treadmill in a garage and having recently fitted an electric garage door.
So, there are a few reasons. I can obviously get more in depth. I would suggest sending an email direct to ourselves and we will loom to get the situation resolved.
