what is this front wheel noise on ford transit?

there is a whinning noise coming from the front wheels it gets louder when i turn to the right and goes away when turning left its also louder at about 30-35 mph the van is a 2000 ford transit 350 td tipper

sounds like passenger side front wheel bearing

sounds like a front wheel bearing gone,jack up each front wheel and spin it -to check which is at fault {you should be able to feel roughness in faulty one}
