The oven power light is illuminated, the oven thermostate light is illuminated when the oven temperature control is set and the oven timer is set to manual.
However, the oven does not heat up but the grill does when selected. I assume the oven element is faulty, can you confirm this is the likely fault?
I have exactly the same problem and really need to get it fixed. the fan comes on and everything, just no heat. is it the element?
Even the grill is working fine????

I have the exact same issue, would love to know what the answer is? it's 18th Dec and we cooking Christmas dinner for our guest ....well have planned to!

I put on my AEG double oven - it tripped the electric when I put it back on it will not heat up but the light comes on. I can still use the top oven - has my element gone ???
