my machine first of all was not spinning properly now it wiil pump in water and not do anything else could filter be blocked ? Where is filter ?

3 possibles
(1) if you have a square flap at the bottom front edge of your machine its behind there or another place is (2)behind the front kick panel ,will have to remove the kick panel to find ,no joy the last place it can be is (3)inside the bottom hose attached to the outer drum
