how can i fix my NEFF dishwasher?

when i open the dishwasher door the dishwasher won't turn off and the pump will not turn off, no water spraying out, this started yesterday when my waist disposal unit blocked up, this is all on the same waist pipe (I think)?

I have build in NEFF Diswasher. on Board when I turn on S sign comes and I do not know why this sign comes. also sometime Tab doesn't disoloved completely when I do economy cycle. this two issue I have at the momment.

I had the same problem. I managed to fix mine by following the instructions to unscrew the pump cover (mine needed a star screwdriver), clean the pump area and dry it out. I also cleaned all round the door seals which were gunked up. Turn off on switch and at mains before doing all this.
