How can I fix my Baxi Solo 3 PFL 40?

How do we get the pilot light to come on - at the moment only the orange light that shows that there is power to the boiler is working. There is no heat to the house at all.

Hi Emma, try turning the stat on the boiler all the way to minimum, wait a few seconds then back up to about 4 or 5,
after this if no other light comes on it is most likely your pcb.
does your fan light come on?
it could also be a sticking air pressure switch,
