Accessing the Administrator's account?

My computer has a 8611 error when I start my 600X PC. When I do the ESC and then F1 to get it started, it will only show the user logins. Does anyone know how I can get to the administrator's login?

wrong= ctrl+alt+del

ctrl+shift+del will bring up the old login style, you can then type in administrator and password
