How can I fix my White Knight CL847?

I've got a couple of problems with my White Knight CL847...

1/ Over the last few days when drying it seems to take forever to complete a programme. The exhaust air is normally quite hot, however, now it's only slightly warm at best. I've made sure that the dryer isn't running on it's low heat and energy saving modes. Are there two heaters in this model of dryer? Am I right in thinking that possibly one of the heaters isn't working? How can I fix this? I'm getting quoted silly money for a local shop to come out and take a look.

2/ For the past 6 months the drum has really squeaked when the dryer is in use - and it's driving me mad. Can someone tell me what to lubricate and where to stop it? What should I use to lubricate it?

All help and advice is much appreciated!

there are two heater circuits but they are one part.squeak could be from any of the moving parts but general grease will help.check the condenser is clean otherwise this can cause drying problems
