Make sure Service valves are closed Ecomax 828 2e?
I have located the said valves. on the Underside is a Slotted screwdriver shaft with cir clips, is this the valve open close device?
It is rather tight and I don't want to break anything. How many turns might I expect to close the valve.

Still can't turn Screwdriver slot. Do I have to remove cir clip or something? The unit is near the floor so I can't see details to clearly.

If I understand you correctly, the valves you mention have 1/4 of a turn from fully open until fully closed. One valve each side of the pump, and one valve on the other pipes.
