It should be 1270. Use SEEK to get to code input stage. Then use station buttom 1 to input first digit (keep pressing until required figure shows), 2 for second digit, 3 for third, 4 for fourth. If you overshoot keep pressing same button until you get the right number before moving on.
If you get it wrong too many times radio will shut down for longer and longer, and finally lock out altogether!
