How can I fix my alarm?

I have a BMW 318is, the alarm system will not switch off with the remote. Therefore when entering the car the alarm always goes off. How can I deactivate it?

You probably just need a new remote to go with system, this'll be a far cheaper alternative to a new alarm. Contact Tech-tronics in Manchester 0161 872 6275
