The Powerpoint IDW12 is a piece of rubbish, and dangerous to boot. We bought one from PowerCity, have had multiple faults with it over two years and then discover that it has an internal wiring short which our independent qualified electrician says should never have been cleared for shipment by the company, or by the seller. Very nasty and cheap throw-it-together.

The error code, by the way, means you need to call the shop where you bought it and get the number to call out your local service engineer. He/she will know what it means and service or replace the faulty part. Do this or throw it away. But don't try to fix it yourself: you might be lucky like us and only have to suffer two years of what we thought was static electrical problems, etc. Or you might get a very nasty shock.
