how can i fix my tumble dryer. hotpoint condenser?

my hotpoint ultima condenser tumble dryer tc71 will not heat up, although everything else works. can u tell me how to fix this. also can u tell me where i can get hold of a manual

How can you bypass these two sensors (I think they are thermostats, yes?) in order to confirm its them and not the heating element?

there are two heat sensors that need replacing, this is the usual cause of no heat
