The light in my Baroness integra oven keeps blowing every time I buy a new bulb it blows straight away!!!

Check the fan is working. Our fan failed and we didn't know it. Cakes cooked only in the part near the element

As a complete cooking outsider, are you saying that the oven gets too hot? You'll be needing a new thermostat if it does. PS I can't make cake either....!
