RED LIGHT ON MY KYOTO FROST FREE FREEZER IS PERMANENTLY ON. CANNOT FIND ANYTHING ONLINE FOR KYOTO MODEL KU7877. WHERE CAN I GET A MANUAL OR CAN ANYONE HELP ME. FREEZER IS DEFROSTING. GREEN POWER LIGHT FUNCTIONAL BUT I CANNOT HEAR THE MOTOR RUNNING

technician told us not to worry re this as long as freezer isnt running continually.

If freezer isnt working, check rubber pipe at back - we just did with ours same model & found this had perished!
