How do I repair a coffee cup crack?

...and still be able to drink out of it? There is a slight crack down the side of my favorite coffee cup that slowly weeps. I want to fix it but don't want to ingest bad stuff.

Hi Ed,
Any repair will have to be done on the inside of the cup.
If you gently scratch the crack to open it slightly then use an appropriately colored nail varnish to re-glaze it.
The crack on the outside can then be done the same way.
Make sure the cup is absolutely bone dry first.
Best of luck
