The nearside headlamp washer does not come out from bumper and spray onto headlamp. The offside one works fine. Could it be electrical or mechanical? If anyone knows i would be grateful as there isnt a haynes manual for ST170. Do i need to remove bumper for access? Cheers in advance.

work a pin up/down the hole to clear the blocked jet retry
can't be electrical as pump is working
can't be mechanical as the only part that moves is the pump which is turning
therefore must be a blockage around the jet area
