The mirror is smashed but the casing of the wing mirror looks perfect. I've seen replacement mirrors on for sale but have no idea how to replace it - it's not obvious after having a quick look.

the glass mirror part can just be pulled out in most cases with ELECTRIC MIRROR as its 4 connectors that pop on and off. if its not electric one, then you have to replace the whole thing. Seriousely just pop it off and find one with the same connection. Otherwise undo the 3 screws from inside your car to replace the whole thing
