Any ideas what could be wrong with my A535?

This has been a great machine for many years, haven't used it for a few weeks and now it has just died, it's not the plug. Any ideas?

Our A535 has just blown, so you can have our copy of the instruction book (for Ann Warren). Have got all the attachments if required.
