replacing 45 cylinder head?

could you tell me what the torque settings are for the head bolts on a w reg rover 45 1.4.

Hi Mark, first with the head removed screw the bolts fully into their original positions and measure the distance from the block face to the underside of the bolt head if its more than 97mm new bolts required if OK
1) torque to 20Nm
2) then +180 degrees
3) then +180 degrees
tightening sequence
9, 5, 1, 3, 7,
10,6, 2, 4, 8,
