I have a Servis M6012W just over 12months old and its been working fine, then gone to use it and it won't work. There is power getting through as the lights are coming on, yet it won't do anything. There are 4 buttons on the front and 3 of them are lighting/unlighting when pressed but the one you have to press to operate the machine isn't coming on, its the button which flashes on/off when cycle is finished.
Hope someone can help

Thanks for your help. It had completed the wash before it went wrong, it was fine one day, left it overnight and came to use it and nothing - tried the button thing you suggested and its not helped and the door isn't locking as the button thats gone is the one which activates the door lock as the programme starts.
Looks like a new machine might be on the cards

sounds like you have problem with the pcb board, if it completed the wash before it went wrong, does the door lock when you tried to start a program.? try pressing the start button for over 5 seconds may reset ?looked up parts for your machine not many avalible yet so this is not a common fault. email me if i can be of more help
