How do i mend my Ferroli MODEMA 80E gas boiler??

I need a help with my gas boiler. there s no gas pressure at all. don t know how to vent the system and rise the pressure. cant recognize the filling loop. would appreciate any kind of help.please!!!

The filing lop is a flexi hose going from the cold water feed under the boiler to the flow pipe also beneth the boiler turn the black tap until the bar pressure dail on the boiler reads 1.5 bar
