Not easy. You need to dismantle the whole of the brush assembly. Removing the outer clutch actuator from the clutch assembly was a particular joy (there are two catches on the outer cap which you have to prise down by inserting a couple of thin knives between the two components whilst pulling the cap off). the process is shown graphically on sparesavers.com.
