i have a sportscraft tx400 treadmill. when i get on the treadmill it slows down. i have not been using it and i would like to know what to do to fix it.

when I turn on treadmill and the calorie count hits 3 the unit stops running...even when no one is on it.

Run your treadmill at your speed with no one on it for 40 minutes If it doesn't slow down you have a worn belt and deck or a belt that needs lube.
