you need a factory reset
turn off at power button
set dial to 90 degrees
push and hold start button for 7 seconds
keep pressed and turn on power
keep holding for 7 seconds start button will start to flash
release and turn dial to spin
press and hold start for 7 seconds
should now work, unless all lights start to flash in which case try again
