how can i fix my neff condenser tumble dryer?

I have a neff condenser tumble dryer that keeps bleeping that fluff filter needs emptying but no fluff there have taken back off and still no fluff so wont dry properley any help appreciated

My fluff filter alarm keeps bleeping I have cleaned the door filter but can't locate any other source and how to access. Can you help. I have recently inherited this dryer when I moved house.

The dryer is a neff condenser dryer

There are two filters, there is the one in the door and there is also another one. If you open the panel on the front below the door you will see another large filter which lifts out clean that then you should be away. Hope this helps
