My wife bought me a used LG8130 mobile phone from the market, it had no charger (till I bought one), no box & no instuctions...
I bought a charger and it charged perfect...
I got a 3 SIM card and put that in and ok..

I tried to make a call and there was no signal...

Everywhere I go thjere is no signal...

Is the phone blocked or something...?
How do I unblock it..?

Sounds like it could be blocked! This is the operators way of reducing phone crime and if that particular phones IMEI number has been logged as lost or stolen then it will never work again. Or it may simply be locked to a particular network. Try some different SIMs. Unblocking is illegal but Unlocking is OK, and easy.
