Have just fixed mine! Sorry previous instructions not quite correct. You have to take the inside panels out of the freezer compartment. Bottom panel first. Two screws under small white screw covers at front. Then take back panel out. A screw at the middle near top. Back panel then pulls forward. Take off polystyrene cover from bottom of freezer. You may have to use a har-dryer on this as it may be frozen to the cooling fins. This will let you see the small fan at the back. Mine was blocked with ice. Needed a lot of time with har-dryer to melt it. There is a drip tray with a drain hole. The hole was also blocked with ice. Make sure this defosts and is clear. I did all this and all is well. Sounds tricky but isn't. Good luck.

I have the same fridge and the same problem has just occurred. It happened once before about 3 months after buying it. The repairer took the side panels off and found that the cooling fan had frosted up. He de-iced it using my wife's hairdryer! I expect the "no frost" just refers to the inside of the fridge. I'm not happy as the fridge is fully laden. Hope this helps.
