easiest way is take it to a garage
the front you would need to take the wheel off, remove the pad and put in new pads
the back, you have to open the drum to take the shoes off
grease up and bleed the system as well

Front brake pads, dead simple, only 2 bolts to remove, the caliper comes off and you push the piston back in to receive new2 pads....expect discs to be worn too though. Back shoes more awkward but easy enough. Do one side at a time and you'll see where the bits go. Its a bit involved to explain on line, but a Haynes manual explains it clearly enough.
