how can i fix my berlingo 600 x van, 2001?

my berlingo van only blows hot air through the fans and is producing steam from vents that stop me from being able to see through my windsreen. My passenger floor is soaking.:-(

Check urgently for coolant loss - I think that your heater matrix has failed behind the dash.
