Baumatic electric oven has stopped working,no heat or fan....any ideas?!?

Hi,I have the Baumatic BT 2730SS model.Both electric ovens have stopped working.There is no heat and fans do not work either.I'm unsure if its just the heating element only(as fans don't work?)

Any help is much appreciated.

fan and element tend to come on together so it would seem strange both fail together.have you set a time on the clock as this stops main oven and if you have set time then may be clock unit or safety stat has blown.you would need a multimeter to test this.
