Ford cargo rear drums?

Wonder if anyone can help. Ajusting the rear brakes on a ford cargo 811. The ajusters are seized so going to take the drums off and free them up. The problem is how do the drums come off. The bolts i think i take out just turn in the front of the drum. Need cutting off?

Don't cut anything!!!
First remove the rear wheels.
Next you have to remove the axle shaft - remove nuts from studs (axle shaft flange studs, not wheel studs). Outer seal comes off with this.
Hub bearing retainer locknut etc must be removed.
Release parking brake and back off brakes.
Remove hub - needs to be supported properly - use a transmission jack if you have one. Oil will be lost from axle while doing this.
