Hi Danny, there are two stages to torque the head down,
1) 30~35Nm
2) then 70~75Nm
the sequence to tighten is
8, 6, 1, 3, 9,
10, 4, 2, 5, 7,
front of engine
other torque loadings you might need
camshaft sprocket/gear 80~100Nm
camshaft carrier/cap 20~27Nm
camshaft cover 8~10Nm
inlet mainfold to head 15~20Nm
exhaust manifold to head 15~20Nm
spark plugs 20~30Nm
