How can I fix my Toastmaster Model 1195 breadmaker pan?

My Toastmaster Model 1195 breadmaker pan is sticking. Is there something I can do to the inside of the breadmaker pan that will keep the cooked bread from sticking to the inside of the pan? It is almost impossible to remove the bread without tearing it up.

Hi, My name is Troy, I live in Ohio, U.S.A. and I own an eBay Store named “The Breadmaker Guru”. I carry kneading blades and owner’s manuals for just about every make and model of breadmaker ever made, even some replacement drive belts, pan seals and bread pans. I accept Major Credit and Debit cards, PayPal, Money Orders and Cashier’s Checks…even payments from Canada and beyond. If you’re interested, just go to the newest of eBay sites called “eBay Express”, created especially for those who would rather not sign up with Paypal. That website is: www.express.ebay.com. When you get there, simply go to the site search bar and type in your model number exactly as it is found on your machine. If you cannot locate your item from there, then contact me personally at troywiler@gmail.com. I’ll be glad to assist you, most times within 24 hours. Thank you.

P.S. With each owner’s manual purchase, you receive over 1000 extra bread machine recipes, most of which are alphabetized, tips on how to create the perfect batch of bread every time no matter what recipe is used, an ingredient substitution chart, and the results of a laboratory study documenting the bread machine process, from start to finish. As you can see, you get a lot more than you might expect.

Pour a small amount of cooking oil in the pan and rub the entire surface with a papertowel, including the paddle

I had the same problem. And NO, pam does not work! I was able to call the manufacturer (Salton/Toastmaster) and order a replacement pan. It seems that the non-stick surface wears out over time, especially with whole wheat bread. Be prepared though, the pan costs $32.50 for my Breadman TR600. That didn't include the paddle, which was another $7.50. Considering I bought the unit used and only paid $2.50, it was worth it to me to upgrade. The actual unit was in good shape, I just had the annoying sticking problem also.
Call the customer service number 1.800.233.9054
and give them your model number to see if there are parts for your machine.
Good luck!!!! I haven't received my pan yet, but will be checking this post to see how you are doing!

You need to coat the inside with non-stick cooking spray before adding ingredients.
