m reg micra with a fuel problem?

my m reg micra is refusing to run for more than a few yards and is not pressurising the fuel system and starving the engine . recently had fitted new filters and a service but now won't run can you help me please.

Was fuel filter changed? - What mileage has it done? Check fuse for fuel pump. Removal of fuel pump fuse is procedure for de-pressurizing fuel system therefore ....
