I have a jin lun125-13 when i try to start it ut turns over goes to start then dies,ive tried all the basic things spark plug fuel filter and if the carb is getting fuel and all are fine any help would be grateful.
check the valve clearance - should be about 0.004"

Just make sure that the choke mechanism is actually working, and the flap covers the carburettor end fully...even when warm, these engines like choke to get them going.
