It looks like the element has burnt itself out. To check, isolate the oven on the the fuse box and unscrew the back panel inside the fan oven If the element has gone, you should see a melted bit in the element. I will stipulate here, i'm not an electrician but have replaced an element on my own oven. It's normally a case of unscrewing the old element, unclipping two wires, replace and rewire the new element and screw it back in. Hope this helps. If your not confident, then consult a qualified electrician/oven repairer.
