How can i fix my accenta alarm since our power failure?

We recently had a power failure and our accenta alarm no longer wants to set. The battery for back up is just over 12 months old and that worked for 12 hours but then the alarm set itself off as it had no power or back up. We thought the alarm system would reset itself once we regained our power but it didnt. Now the alarm doesnt want to set, won't allow us to put the code in and try and reset, won't allow us to do anything the lights for the power and day are illuminated but nothing on the keypad seems to work. Normally the zones light up to show it works but none of the zones are illuminated either. Please help....

Try remoing all power, mains and battery for a few seconds.
Reconnect the battery and enter YOUR code.
ADE panels are known to lock up and you can't do anything with them without removing power.
There are more details about faults with tese panels on www.ukpanels.com

Don't bother trying these codes, neither of them is a Factory Default for this make of control panel

it will have reset to factory defaults, try entering 0000 or 1111.
