CHANGING DRAIN PUMP[Plaset 56835] ON INDESIT W113?

Pump sent is for newer versions.Our machine has 2 connectors, 1 live, 1 neutral.
new pump has 1 socket where both L & N connector would go
the way it is made you could not put it in wrong way.
How can we overcome problem of having 2 connections
