HOW CAN I STOP WATER COMING FROM MY LARDER FRIDGE?

My fridge is leaking rusty water from underneath. I mentioned this to a refrigeration engineer a couple of years ago and he told me what to do (something round the back ) and it worked but I can't remember what it was. I don't somehow think that he will coincidentally come into my workplace again so can anyone help please?

It is LARDER REFRIGERATOR - ELECTROLUX MODEL RF753

Was his advice anything to do with clearing a blocked drainage system? It sounds like the melted ice/condensation is not draining away. If it is re-occuring, as it sounds to be, perhaps there is an underlying fault?
