How do I replace a broken wing mirror on a 1982 Nissan Micra?

Can I buy the glass or do I need to buy the whole unit? It is not electric.

You can get a replacement glass at good old Halfords but do make an accurate template of the old one as there are at least 2 shapes
They just stick on to what is left of the old glass about 5-£7
