What is wrong with my Zanussi DX6452 - no heat ??

My Zanussi DX6452 seems to work through its cycle perfectly ok - most things are cleaned and water drains away perfectly - its just everything is still covered in cold water

ie water is not heating up and it is not drying anything

Is this the heating element ?? and if so is it easy to fix ??

could be an element fault but check the pcb tracks on the main pcb that go to the heating element as this is a common fault/issue. track will be blown around relay connection as a rule.
