If you have overfed your boiler on the backfeed?

I have a Ariston Microcombi23 ff - I have now overfed the pressure ......I mistakenly backfed the water twice ....how do I now let the water out/lower the pressure ???

easiest way for you would be to allow water out through the bleed screw on a radiator. open radiator bleed screw a little way using rad key and have old towel to catch/soak up the water. may take a while but easiest way for homeowner.
