Hotpoint TDC32P fault finding (no heat)?

The dryer tumbles ok but there is no heat. Have checked all three thermostats and they are ok (no open circuit). The heating elements seem to be ok (no open circuit as well). The Drying lamp is off and there is no voltage supplied to the heating elements. What else to check? Would appreciate any suggestions. Thanks

If the Thermostats are OK and the Drying light is off then it usually means that it thinks the water reservoir is full. There's a float switch at the base at the back that can sometimes stick if it gets fluffy.
