How can I fix my treadmill incline?

I have a Weslo Cadence 2300 Treadmill, Model No. WL 230010. When I press the incline adjustment lever, the incline neither increases or decreases. What are probable causes and how do I fix the problem? Thanks.

I'm not familiar with this model. If you could e-mail me a picture of the lever your pushing it may help.
Anyway, There are electronic inclines that use an electric motor.
Crank inclines that I've seen have a cable or a gear system and some old treadmills with a lever and bolts and bars to manipulate the incline. Either way take of the hood and look. Maybe you can see the problem.
If you could e-mail me the inside hood area also
I could tell you more
