central locking failing cant over ride with key as only 1 lock on van drivers door. back doors locked, cant open. lwb high top t350 2003

i have a ford transit T350 2.4d year:2000 model. problem:everytime i try to lock the door, the central locking system does lock it up, but it will unlock all the doors after 1 second itself. so tell me why and how to fix it.
